The TLQ is an effective tool
directed at leaders that want to make a difference and not simply
manage.
It differentiates between management and leadership abilities and
analyses the competencies needed for each.
These two aspects are measured using a 49 item questionnaire with
2 open-ended questions, across seven key areas:
