The LFQ is a 360º assessment
tool for measuring leadership effectiveness, which involves the measurement
of current and expected performance.
It is aimed at senior managers and directors who need an in-depth
analysis of strengths and development needs.
Feedback is essential to progress. It provides accurate information
about the way individuals work with others and can act both as a stimulus
to change individual behaviour and as a catalyst to facilitate change.
LFQ measures 68 behaviours drawn from 12 management competencies as
well as 2 open ended questions for comments:
* Decision making
* Drive / self motivation
* Planning and organising
* Problem solving
* Communication
* Networking and relating
* Persuading
* People management
* Managing change
* Inspiration
* Professional / functional use
* Use of technology
The LFQ uses a combination of the dual scale approach and open ended
questions. The dual scale provides a clear picture of development
needs by analysing the differences between current and expected performance.
The open ended questions allow some qualitative information to enhance
the quantitative data. This tool is also available with a single performance
scale. |
